Operation Executive

Role Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the phlebotomist fleet for home collection services, ensuring smooth daily operations, proper allocation of samples, and maintaining service quality and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the phlebotomist team/fleet for home sample collection.
• Ensure daily route planning, sample allocation, and timely sample pickup from patients.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of phlebotomists.
• Ensure proper sample handling, packaging, and timely dispatch to the lab.
• Coordinate with call center, logistics, and lab operations teams for smooth operations.
• Handle patient escalations and operational issues in the field.
• Conduct regular training and guidance for phlebotomists to maintain service quality.
• Track daily collection numbers and operational performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Work timings : 5.30AM to 2PM(Report to office at 9AM)

No weekoff on weekend

One weekoff on weekday

Requirements

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Operations/fleet management
• Experience managing phlebotomists or field collection teams added advantage
• Strong coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle field operations and patient service requirements.
