The Role

Own a vertical — health, breeding, or nutrition — completely. You'll manage a team on the ground, execute SOPs to the dot, and be the single point of accountability for your vertical.

→ Executes precisely and consistently

→ Manages people and holds them accountable

→ Solves problems on the ground, not in theory

→ Speaks up when something can be done better

What You'll Do

→ Brief and manage your team daily

→ Execute and monitor all protocols in your vertical

→ Track every record and flag anything off

→ Coordinate with vets, vendors, and senior team

→ Own outcomes — good and bad
