Role Overview:We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager who can manage daily operations, handle logistics, ensure smooth deliveries, maintain quality standards, and strengthen relationships with our customers and B2B partners. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a brand that’s redefining how India eats clean.

• Key Responsibilities:Labour Management: Supervise and manage daily labour operations to ensure efficiency, discipline, and timely output.
• Porter & Delivery Handling: Coordinate bookings, schedule deliveries, and ensure orders reach customers and partners on time.
• Customer Relationship: Handle customer queries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Quality Check: Monitor and maintain product quality, hygiene, and packaging standards at every stage.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, raw material usage, and reorder needs to avoid shortages or wastage.
• B2B Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with our corporate and retail partners, ensuring smooth coordination and repeat orders.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline efficiency.
• Growth Contribution: Work closely with the founder to drive operational excellence, contributing to KuKClean’s overall growth story.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on approach — willing to be on the ground and get things done.
• Familiarity with inventory tools, delivery platforms (like Porter, Dunzo, etc.), and vendor coordination.
