About the Role
Executive II - Operations, Data Research and Insights Team
The Data Research and Insights Team (DRAI) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Collections and Recovery teams by reconnecting with customers and increasing contactability. Acting as a specialized support function, the DRAI helps bridge critical information gaps and ensures every reachable opportunity contributes to business recovery.
The team is driven by innovation, data intelligence, and strategic problem-solving; constantly exploring smarter, compliant, and customer-centric methods to identify alternate methods to re-establish communication with customers.
In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team that combines analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration to enhance recovery outcomes and process efficiency. The DRAI team thrives on curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement, ensuring our efforts directly translate into business impact while upholding the highest standards of compliance and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Information Retrieval: Utilize open-source intelligence and research methodologies to identify and reconstruct comprehensive customer profiles, including updated contact and demographic data.
- Digital Intelligence Mapping: Evaluate and interpret digital footprints across diversified platforms to establish verified communication channels and residential updates.
- Validate Information: Once customer information is obtained, ensure it is accurate, verified, and validated before submitting for further use.
- Adhere to Compliance Standards: Uphold strict adherence to company policies, data privacy regulations, and RBI-mandated compliance requirements during all tracing and research activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Explore innovative tools, techniques, and open-source methods to improve trace success rates and overall efficiency.
Must Haves
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive individual who can own the tracing and validation of customer information end-to-end while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of investigative skills, process orientation, and collaboration mindset, along with a problem-solving attitude.
