Who You Are
- Min 2 years work experience in a store, warehouse or equivalent
- Can read and write in english
- Can operate computers with ease
- Must have smart phone with extra sim slot available
- Must know XLS
- Zoho inventory, Zoho books or must have worked on equivalent systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining stocking & inventory records on our systems
- Aid in packing & forwarding
- Coordinating with logistic partners
- Preparing invoices
- Receiving goods from our suppliers
- Collecting receiving and updates from customers
- Preparing reports as needed and directed
