Operation Executive

Role Overview:

Art of Delight is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day functioning of our outlets. This role involves coordinating across teams, ensuring smooth inventory flow, and maintaining operational efficiency across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all outlets
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Record and track supplier invoices to support accounting processes
• Assist in periodic stock checks and inventory management
• Coordinate between outlets, production teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic understanding of inventory and operations management
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in F&B, retail, or operations roles
• Familiarity with inventory or accounting systems
