About Wellie: Wellie is a fast-growing pet wellness brand building functional, preventive treats for pets in India. In under a year, we’ve doubled on Amazon, expanded offline retail, and built a loyal community of conscious pet parents who care about what goes into their dog’s bowl.

We’re now looking for someone who can help us bring structure, speed, and accountability to our day-to-day operations.

If you enjoy ownership, follow-ups, coordination, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you.

Role Overview: This is a high-responsibility operations role working closely with the founders.

You will be the person ensuring that:

• Orders go out on time
• Inventory never surprises us
• Vendors are coordinated
• Retailers are stocked
• Payments are tracked
• Agencies deliver
• Customers feel heard

You will sit at the intersection of logistics, finance, vendors, retailers, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Coordination
2. Inventory Management
3. Finance & GST Support
4. Vendor & Manufacturer Coordination
5. Retailer Operations
6. Customer Communications
7. Internal Follow-ups & Agency Coordination

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations / admin / coordination roles
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking to vendors, retailers, and customers (bonus if you know Kannada)
• Good at maintaining basic excels

Bonus if you:

• Have worked in a D2C or e-commerce brand
• Understand inventory and basic accounting concepts
• Have experience working with warehouses or vendors
