Operation Executive

The Operations Executive will be a pivotal member of the operations team, responsible for the first mile operations of their zone, seller pickup & seller experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong ground operations knowledge, strong external & internal stakeholder management. This role also involves daily interactions with vendors & the sellers to monitor and enhance operational performance, as well as conducting feedback calls to sellers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality
