Operation Manager

1. Tour & Travel Operations

• Coordinate daily tour operations including itinerary planning, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and activity scheduling.
• Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transporters, guides, etc.) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Oversee ground handling and ensure smooth execution of group and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) tours.
• Monitor and manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and contingencies efficiently.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international vendors.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and service agreements.

3. Customer Experience

• Provide operational support to clients before, during, and after travel.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
• Collect client feedback and work with management to improve service delivery.

4. Coordination & Administration

• Collaborate with the sales and reservations teams to ensure alignment between bookings and operations.
• Prepare travel documentation (vouchers, itineraries, invoices, etc.).
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports for management review.

5. Financial & Compliance

• Monitor tour budgets, handle vendor payments, and track operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with tourism regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
