Job Description
- Reporting on-time arrival and departure of buses
- Manage in-route services like pickup, dropping, breakdown, and maintenance
- Coordinate with drivers and the feedback team to maintain high-quality services and follow up for feedback, reviews,and ratings
- Ensure staff responses and uniformity.
- Maintain vehicle quality compliances like, vehicle documentation, Driver DL, traffic violation challans, RTO challans
- Ensure vehicle mechanical quality checks
- Ensure preboarding compliance
- Vehicle Mileages reporting
- Vehicle service-related complaints
- Ensure amenities, upholstery, and refreshments compliance for better service quality
- Vehicle route maintenance
