Job Description
- 1. Recruitment & Delivery ManagementOversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → onboarding)
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements
- Manage bulk hiring and contract staffing operations
- 2. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients
- Understand client hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly
- 3. Team ManagementLead recruiters, coordinators, and support staff
- Set targets (daily/weekly/monthly hiring goals)
- Monitor team performance and provide training
- Motivate team to achieve KPIs
- 4. Operations & Process ImprovementStreamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency
- Implement ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and reporting tools
- Maintain SOPs and compliance standards
- 5. Vendor & Workforce ManagementManage external vendors, job portals, and sourcing partners
- Oversee contract employees’ attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
- 6. MIS & ReportingTrack metrics like:
- Time-to-hire
- Cost-per-hire
- Fill rate
- Attrition rate
- Prepare reports for management and clients
- 7. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure labor law compliance
- Manage employee documentation (contracts, KYC, onboarding forms)
- Coordinate with HR/payroll teams
