Operation Manager

We’re Hiring: Operations Team Manager – Ambulance Services | VMEDO 🚨

We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Team Manager to lead our ambulance operations and ensure seamless service delivery across locations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day ambulance operations
• Lead and supervise field teams (drivers, paramedics, executives)
• Ensure SLA adherence and quick issue resolution
• Coordinate with hospitals and client stakeholders
• Vendor management

🔹 Key KRAs:

• Monthly MIS reporting and performance tracking
• Maintaining strong relationships with client POCs
• Improving operational efficiency and response time

🔹 Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in operations (healthcare/logistics preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and handle pressure
