Operation Manager

Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution, planning, and monitoring of site operations, including painting, deep cleaning, and allied services. The role requires strong control over vendor coordination, manpower deployment, quality assurance, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per defined standards.

• Key Responsibilities1. Site & Project ManagementOversee daily operations across multiple sites (interior painting, exterior painting, deep cleaning).
• Ensure execution as per scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-ground challenges proactively.
• Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and work progress.
• 2. Vendor & Contractor ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage vendors and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, track performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for scalable operations.
• 3. Manpower & Team HandlingPlan and allocate workforce based on project requirements.
• Supervise site supervisors, engineers, and workers.
• Ensure discipline, safety compliance, and productivity at site.
• 4. Client Communication & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and completion timelines.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
• 5. Quality & Safety ComplianceEnsure all work meets defined quality standards and specifications.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance across sites.
• Minimize rework through strong process control.
• 6. Cost Control & BillingMonitor project costs, including labor, materials, and logistics.
• Validate measurements and support billing/invoicing processes.
• Ensure profitability through efficient resource planning.
• 7. Payment Follow-Up & Commercial TrackingTrack invoices, payment cycles, and outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with clients/accounts team for timely collections.
• Maintain financial discipline across projects.
• 8. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily/weekly progress reports.
• Document project scope changes, risks, and closures.
• Support management with operational insights and improvements.

• Knowledge of materials, chemicals, and execution techniques
