Need a professional candidate, "Pricing & Procurement Executives" with Key requirements of the candidate is knowledge of export & Import procedures, Shipping Inco term, strong communication, and organizational skills - managing skills of end – to - end process system to procure the best of the market rates of the shipments.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

** Coordination towards Price setup & procurement: - Liaising with clients, Overseas Agents, Destination Shipping & Air lines, Customs Brokers (CHAs), Transporter, Other Vendor etc….

** Skills: - Candidate must needs to know the geography to understand the price set up; Convincing power to the client and overseas agent; Market price and its Negotiation to get the business onboarded.

** Compliance: - Adhering to get the best price of AIR & SEA FREIGHT for Exports & Imports.

** Customer Service: - Place the QUOTE to the clients, Confirming Orders, Bridging with Sales Team and Operation desk, resolving issues, File updates in the Software & Dockets and providing timely updates.

** Systems & Software: - Using operational software for data entry, Updation, tracking, and reporting.

** KRA Discharge: - He / She will be final responsible for this position on top of junior executive.

Position 02 :- EXPORT OPERATION EXECUTIVE = Key Responsibilities & Skills

** Coordination: - Liaising with clients, Shipping & Air lines, Customs Brokers (CHAs), Transporter, Other Vendor and Overseas Agents.

** Documentation: - Booking placement, Customs filling management with invoice & packing lists, B/L instructions, Product wise required certificate by the clients, and ensuring accuracy.

** Operations: - Managing the smooth flow of export shipments, from booking to dispatch.

** Compliance: - Adhering to internal and external regulations and government laws.

** Customer Service: - Confirming orders, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.

** Systems & Software: - Using operational software for data entry, Updation, tracking, and reporting.

** KRA Discharge:- He / She will be final responsible for this position on top of junior executive.

Position 03 :- IMPORT OPERATION EXECUTIVE = Key Responsibilities & Skills

** Coordination: - Liaising with clients, Overseas Agents, Destination Shipping & Air lines, Customs Brokers (CHAs), Transporter, Other Vendor etc….

** Documentation: - Ensure timely Booking placement by the Overseas / domestic agent partner, B/L (AWB) instructions, Product wise required certificate by the clients, and ensuring accuracy to timely delivery of the imported cargo.

** Operations: - Managing the smooth flow of Import shipments, from booking to dispatch.

** Compliance: - Adhering to internal and external regulations and government laws.

** Customer Service: - Confirming orders, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.

** Systems & Software: - Using operational software for data entry, Updation, tracking, and reporting.

** KRA Discharge: - He / She will be final responsible for this position on top of junior executive.
