Role Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and delivering end-to-end operations for events, ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality standards, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end operations for multiple events and projects simultaneously

• Prepare detailed execution plans, budgets, and timelines for each project

• Lead, guide, and monitor operations executives and site teams

• Coordinate with Business Development, Creative, Finance, and Production teams

• Empanel, manage, and negotiate with vendors for logistics, fabrication, AV, and manpower

• Ensure cost control, budget adherence, and project profitability

• Oversee on-ground execution including setup, live event, and dismantling

• Handle client coordination, escalations, and last-minute changes professionally

• Ensure compliance with safety norms, venue regulations, and legal requirements

• Conduct post-event reviews and submit MIS and performance reports
