Job Title: MIS & Operations Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years

Preferred Candidate: Female

Location: Bangalore

CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000/-per month (Depending upon the Candidate Caliber)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage insurance coordination, collections MIS, subcontractor MIS, and business planning activities. The role involves tracking financial performance, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting decision-making through MIS and budgeting insights.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Handle insurance documentation, renewals, and claims follow-ups

●       Prepare and maintain Collections MIS reports with accurate receivables tracking

●       Manage Subcontractor MIS, including billing, reconciliation, and payment tracking

●       Assist in preparing and monitoring Business Plans

●       Analyze Budget vs Actual reports and highlight key variances

●       Generate periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries

●       Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting

●       Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and process improvements

Required Skills:

●       Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred)

●       Good understanding of MIS reporting and financial data analysis

●       High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

●       Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

●       Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

●       Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

●       4–5 years of relevant experience in MIS / Finance / Operations

Preferred Skills:

●       Experience in Infrastructure and Construction Industry

●       Familiarity with ERP systems

●       Basic knowledge of MIS, reporting
