Operations Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our Car Rentals team. The role involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth booking assignments, and supporting day-to-day operations to deliver seamless service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and drivers to manage bookings and fleet availability.
• Assign and monitor bookings to ensure timely execution.
• Handle vendor support, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Track trip performance and update booking status in the system.
• Assist in maintaining smooth operational workflows during peak hours.
• Escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
• It Will be Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off
