Operations Executive

Job Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage real-time service operations. The role involves monitoring active requests, ensuring timely execution, and addressing operational issues to maintain a consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing service requests and ensure timely assignment and completion
• Coordinate with service professionals and customers for smooth execution
• Identify delays or at-risk jobs and take corrective actions
• Manage reschedules, cancellations, and basic escalations
• Maintain accurate updates in internal systems and dashboards
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational processes

Eligibility Criteria

• 0.5–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or coordination roles
• Any graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA / BSc)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
