Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Executive to support the day-to-day functions of our business. The role covers three core areas: Administration, HR Support, and Sales Coordination. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
🗂 Administration
ü Facility management and coordination with vendors.
ü Maintain petty cash and prepare expense reports.
ü Track and manage inventory (stationery, tech assets, and office supplies).
ü Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and office upkeep.
👩💼 HR Assistance
ü Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
ü Schedule and coordinate interviews.
ü Maintain basic HR records and assist with onboarding.
ü Follow-up communication with job applicants.
📦 Sales Coordination
ü Handle order processing and documentation.
ü Prepare and share proforma/final invoices.
ü Coordinate between sales, support, and accounts teams.
ü Track customer service requests and ensure resolution through internal technical teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
ü Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
ü Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
ü Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
ü Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
ü Ability to work independently and handle responsibility.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
ü Experience in administrative or coordination roles.
ü Familiarity with CRM tools or invoicing software.
