Job Description
We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage daily delivery and logistics operations.
Job Role:
- Order processing and sharing with dispatch team
- Tracking order status and Ensuring timely order delivery
- Maintain daily reports and Excel data.
- Handle customer/delivery partners issues related to delivery.
- Willing to work from Anekal factory once a week for first 3-months to understand operations
Requirements:
- Good in Excel and coordination work.
- Experience with Amazon / Flipkart or other eCommerce order processing is an advantage.
- Candidates from a logistics background preferred.
- Mandatory Sundays working(weekly off Wednesday).
- Comfortable travelling to Anekal once a week.
