Position: Lab & Field Operations Technician

Department: SafeCloak Labs – Operations & Deployment

Work Brief:

The employee will be responsible for supporting operational, logistical, and technical activities within SafeCloak Labs. The nature of work includes:

Tower Readiness:

Preparing towers for deployment, ensuring all components meet quality and operational standards.

Tower Receiving & Vendor Coordination:

Receiving towers and related materials from vendors, inspecting deliveries, maintaining records, and coordinating with vendors for any discrepancies or follow-up requirements.

Inventory Updates:

Maintaining accurate inventory records for tower readiness materials, accessories, and related equipment.

Loading/Unloading Supervision:

Supervising the unloading and loading of towers and equipment to ensure safe handling and proper documentation.

Lab Technical System Configuration Support:

Assisting the technical team in basic system configurations, setup, and preliminary testing of lab equipment.

Emergency Field Visit Support:

Supporting field operations in case of urgent or emergency requirements.

On-Demand Travel:

Traveling as needed for deployment, maintenance, or site support activities.

Lab Stock Management:

Managing stock levels, consumables, and equipment within the lab, ensuring proper storage and timely replenishment.

Internal Tower Assembly:

Supporting internal assembly, integration, and preparation of towers within the lab as per project requirements.
