Operations Manager

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee shop which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering teamwork, motivation, and a high-performance culture.
• Prepare work rosters for staff and ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Work closely with staff to deliver excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Manage sales reports, labor costs, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for cost-saving and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure all staff follow proper sanitation protocols.
• Oversee regular inspections and address maintenance or repair needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Additional Requirement:.

• Proven experience as an operations manager or in a similar role in a restaurant, cafe or store environment is an extra advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
