Operations Manager

We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager – Operations to manage post-sales execution for our respiratory care device services business. The role involves ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of devices such as Oxygen Concentrators, CPAP, BiPAP, and Sleep Study devices for both rental and sale.

The ideal candidate should have strong operations management, logistics coordination, and customer handling skillsto ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage confirmed orders from lead closure to successful delivery and installation

• Coordinate with customers to schedule deliveries and provide updates

• Work closely with delivery executives and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch

• Act as the coordination point between sales, operations, and customers

• Track orders and ensure execution within defined timelines (SLA)

• Handle operational challenges such as delivery delays or customer concerns

• Maintain operational reports and monitor delivery performance

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Candidate Profile:

• 6–10 years of experience in operations, service delivery, logistics coordination, or fulfillment roles

• Strong ability to manage multiple orders, field teams, and customer interactions

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
