Operations & Supply Chain Analyst

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing the company’s supply chain, logistics network, inventory systems, and operational reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Inventory Planning

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team (Vijayawada) to maintain accurate stock availability

Maintain inventory tracking systems and prepare inventory movement reports

Support demand forecasting based on sales trends and order patterns

Monitor stock shortages and coordinate replenishment with suppliers

2. Logistics Operations Management

Manage dispatch and delivery coordination with logistics partners including:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• Saanvi Transport
• Other transport providers

Track shipment performance and ensure timely deliveries

Resolve dispatch or delivery issues through logistics partner coordination

Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization

3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and product availability

Track supplier delivery timelines and ensure supply continuity

Assist in identifying and developing new vendors to improve cost efficiencies

Maintain vendor performance records and supplier databases

4. Operations Analytics & Reporting

Prepare and maintain operational dashboards and reports including:

• Inventory reports
• Dispatch tracking reports
• Logistics performance reports
• Vendor supply reports

Support management with data-driven insights for operational decisions

Maintain structured operational records using Excel and internal systems

5. Warehouse Coordination

Work closely with the Vijayawada warehouse team to monitor:

• stock accuracy
• dispatch planning
• shipment readiness

Ensure alignment between orders, dispatches, and inventory availability

6. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows

Support development of structured operational systems and dashboards

Improve coordination between sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics functions
