Conduct Eye Tests
Accurately prescribe spectacles and contact lenses
Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and eye care solutions
Assist customers in frame and lens selection based on prescription and lifestyle needs
Ensure proper fitting, dispensing, and adjustments of eyewear
Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions
Follow Brand SOPs
Support store sales targets through ethical and consultative selling
Participate in BTL activities, eye camps, and customer outreach programs
Coordinate with sales staff to ensure seamless customer experience
