Job Description
Position: Staff Nurse – Operation Theatre (OT)
Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Registration: Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) registration is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
- Prepare OT before surgeries and ensure sterility is maintained
- Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment safely
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies
- Maintain accurate OT documentation and records
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization, and surgical procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in shifts
