Make outbound calls to the clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints

or other issues with products and services.

 Respond efficiently and accurately to our clients, explaining possible solutions and

ensuring that client feels supported and valued.

 Building lasting relationships with clients and other call centre team members based

on trust and reliability.

 Utilise databases, scripts, software and tools efficiently.

 Understand and strive to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent

and consistent customer service.

 Maintain and update customer information as necessary in database.

 Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.

 Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on lead assigned.

 Ensure zero compliance in terms of call quality.

 Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into the customers.
