Outlet Supervisor

Looking for a dynamic and self-motivated supervisor for our kiosk. The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of food and beverage operations, at our kiosk. The job will be to ensure adherence to quality standards, operational efficiency, and profitability across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of outlet.

Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.

Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards and uphold brand image.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food and beverage operations management, preferably in QSR.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
