Location: Multiple Cloud Kitchen Outlets (Bangalore) – Bellandur, Whitefield, Koramangala, Indira Nagar, Kalyan Nagar, J P Nagar, Jayanagar, Sahakaranagar, Kanakapura, Vasanth Nagar

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Packing & Dispatch Staff to manage order handovers, stock accountability, and smooth customer/delivery partner interactions at our cloud kitchen outlets. This role ensures accuracy, maintaining product quality, and efficient service in day-to-day operations. Staff will be placed in different outlet locations across Bangalore and must be willing to move between outlets in case of redundancy or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and hand over pre-packed ice creams as per system-generated orders.
• Account for all incoming stock deliveries at the outlet.
• Maintain daily end-of-day stock counts and ensure stock balancing is accurate.
• Handover orders to delivery partners (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) and walk-in customers at pickup points.
• Communicate with customers confidently about the products when required (in English/Hindi/Kannada).
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for order processing and billing (training will be provided).
• Communicate via Whatsapp in simple English for work co-ordination and updates.
• Ensure all items are correctly labelled, tracked, and stored to maintain quality.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Outlet Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain outlet hygiene and comply with food safety standards.
• Support daily opening and closing routines of the outlet.
• Be flexible to work in multiple locations as assigned and step in during staff shortages or emergencies.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Male candidates, age under 40 years.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English/Hindi or Kannada.
• Basic English reading/writing for Whatsapp communication.
• Basic literacy and ability to read order tickets and maintain stock records.
• Attention to detail with strong accountability for stock.
• Physically fit to handle cold storage, loading & unloading of ice creams from our freezer truck unit to the outlet chest freezers, and repetitive packing tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts (11:30 AM – 11:30 PM with breaks).
• Flexibility to relocate between outlets permanently within Bangalore when required.
• Flexibility to move in between outlets within Bangalore on a need to basis when other permanent staff are on leave/offs.
• Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility are must-haves.
• Prior experience in packing, dispatch, or stock management preferred but not mandatory (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits

• Probation (First 3 months): ₹16,500 per month
• Post-Probation: ₹18,000 per month
• Structured training and clear SOPs provided.
• Scope to grow into Senior Packing Staff or Outlet Supervisor roles as the company expands.
