Job Description
- Perform final quality check of every Whitebook before dispatch
- Check print quality, page order, binding, and damages
- Ensure only error-free books are approved for packaging
- Download shipping labels from system (courier panel)
- Verify customer details (name, address, phone number) before printing labels
- Pack orders as per Whitebook’s premium packaging standards
- Include all required items (book, magnet, inserts, goodies)
- Ensure safe, damage-proof and neat packaging
- Match correct label with correct order to avoid dispatch errors
- Handover packed orders to delivery partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.)
- Maintain daily dispatch records and tracking updates
- Keep packaging area clean, organized, and efficient
- Immediately report any defects, errors, or missing items to the team
