Position: Email & Chat Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond promptly to customer queries via email and live chat

Generate and follow up on sales leads received through digital platforms

Share product details, quotations, and samples with prospective buyers

Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication

Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for order updates

Maintain accurate records of communication and sales pipeline

Work towards monthly targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements:

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in email/chat-based sales or customer support preferred

Knowledge of the stone or construction material industry is an added advantage

Strong attention to detail and customer-centric approach

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Proficiency in using CRM tools, email platforms, and MS Office
