Job Description
Position: Paid Assistant – CA Firm / Accounts Executive
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (Office)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers can apply)

About Our CA Firm: We are a growing Chartered Accountancy firm providing professional services in Accounting, Auditing, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and Compliance Management. We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn candidates to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
• Accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
• Maintain books of accounts and supporting documentation
• Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization support
GST, Income Tax & TDS Compliance:
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
• TDS workings and return filing
• Support in Income Tax return preparation
• Assist in statutory and tax audits
Audit & Compliance Support:
• Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Preparation of working papers and audit schedules
• Handling client data and documentation
Client Coordination & Office Support:
• Client follow-ups for data collection
• Handling emails, compliance tracking, and documentation
• Coordination with seniors, managers, and partners
Skill Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST & Income Tax
• Tally / Accounting software knowledge
• MS Excel & basic computer skills
• Good learning attitude, sincerity, and communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
• Freshers with good accounting & taxation knowledge are welcome
