Job Description
• Prepare and cook a variety of Pan-Asian dishes, including stir-fries, curries, noodles, dim sums, sushi (if applicable), grills, and appetizers.
• Ensure proper marination, cutting, mise-en-place, and portioning before service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow standard recipes and develop new Asian dishes when required.
• Monitor freshness and quality of ingredients; ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation in accordance with FSSAI standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef / Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow all food safety standards, kitchen procedures, and workstation SOPs.
• Manage time efficiently during peak hours and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
