Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and field-ready Partner Onboarding Associate to manage the end-to-end onboarding of driver and vehicle partners. The role involves on-ground field visits, explaining onboarding procedures, collecting and verifying KYC documents, and ensuring smooth partner activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard driver and vehicle partners in assigned locations
• Clearly explain the onboarding process, benefits, earnings structure, and terms
• Collect and verify required driver and vehicle documents (KYC)
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of onboarding details
• Assist partners with mobile app installation and basic usage support
• Coordinate with internal teams for approval and activation
• Address basic onboarding-related queries
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in partner onboarding, field sales, or field operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel daily and work on the field
• Basic understanding of KYC, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of local geography and regional language(s) is an advantage
