Job Description
π Job Title: Travel Executive / Bus Captain
π Boarding Point Locations
- Majestic β Must speak fluent Tamil & English (15 openings)
- Hebbal & Whitefield β Tamil + basic English (15 openings)
- Chandapur β Hindi + English (4 openings), Telugu (1 opening)
- Madiwala β Telugu + basic English (3 openings)
Candidates within 10 km radius of boarding points preferred. Willingness to relocate nearby is welcomed.
- π Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shifts) Permanent
π° Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: βΉ16,000/month + Free Dinner + ESI + Insurance + Incentives
- Experienced: βΉ18,000ββΉ22,000/month + Free Dinner + ESI + Insurance + Incentives
- Stay Bonus: βΉ6,000 after 3 months + βΉ6,000 after 6 months
- Incentives (βΉ2,000ββΉ10,000/month): For Selling return journey tickets
- Collecting passenger feedback
- Spot ticket bookings
β±οΈ Shift Details
- Start Time: Between 7:00 PM β 11:00 PM
- End Time: Morning return (12β14 hours round trip)
- Example: Login at 10:00 PM, return by 10:00 AM next day
- Work Days: Includes weekends & holidays (1 weekday off + 1 emergency off/month)
π Job Responsibilities
- Manage spot ticket bookings
- Promote return journey tickets with offers
- Collect passenger feedback & ratings
- Maintain daily travel & ticketing records
- Coordinate with drivers & cleaning staff
- Ensure smooth travel experience in Smartbus sleeper coaches
π― Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Male candidates only
- Education: Minimum 10th grade / Diploma / Inter / Any degree
- Age: 19β34 years
- Availability: Flexible with night travel, weekends & holidays
- Skills: Customer service, travel coordination, hospitality, sales, Supervisor
