Passenger Coordinator

Hiring Travel Executive to coordiante with passengers in the Journeys for a reputed Smart Bus, Travel & Hospitality Position

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Must speak fluent Tamil & English communication required ( 6 vacancies), with Telugu and English ( 4 Vacancies )

Also hiring for other locations: Majestic: Tamil & Baisc English must - 2 Vacancies

For Chandapura: Eng + Hindi - 2 Vacancies

For Hebbal: Tamil & English communication required ( 4 vacancies)

Work Schedule: Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM departures every day)

·  Approx. 12–14 hours per shift ( 6 hours up Journey starts in the evening and immediatley return 6 hours by next day morning to the baording point )

·  Example: Start at 10 PM from Whitefield → travel halfway towards Chennai → switch buses at a common point → return to Whitefield by 10–11 AM next morning

Roles & Responsibilities·   

Ensure passenger hospitality and comfort throughout the journey

· Travel along with 40 passengers who booked tickets online via redbus, need to do verification of their tickets and assistance while onboarding

·  Provide onboard services (Wi-Fi, GPS updates, drinking water)

·  Promote return journey tickets with discounts to earn incentives

·  Collect passenger feedback, reviews, and ratings

·   Handle spot booking ticket sales onboard

Free dinner at top restaurants (for journeys between 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM), bus stops at city outskirts in a good restaurant

· Insurance coverage + Incentives + Bonus paid 12k ( after finishing 2nd month 4k + after 4th month 4k + after 6th month 4k )

Salary: Freshers: ₹17,000/month, Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Eligibility:

Age: 19–35 years max

· Education: SSC / ITI / Diploma / Intermediate / Any Degree

· If Experience: Minimum 6 months - 5 years in Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Front Office, Admin, Guest Relations, Tours, Hotels or Supervisor roles can apply
