Job Description

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Job description:

  • Menu Development & Innovation: Design and develop seasonal and special-event dessert menus, including new recipes and creative presentations.
  • Production Management: Plan and supervise the daily production of pastries, breads, cakes, and confections to meet demand while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Staff Leadership: Train, guide, and manage pastry assistants, bakers, and junior staff; delegate tasks based on skill level and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Quality & Hygiene Standards: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols in the pastry kitchen.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor ingredient stocks, manage par levels, minimize waste, and control food costs through efficient use of raw materials.
  • Equipment & Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure all baking equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operational.
  • Customer & Guest Service: Ensure all products meet guest expectations and contribute to a positive dining experience.
