Pathology Lab Technician

Must have requirements

• Must be a DMLT or BMLT graduate.
• Must have good spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil/kannada.
• Should be able to join in 15 days.

Job Responsibilities

You will mainly be responsible for sales and support of our pathology lab software.

Support

• Support the labs in using the software and resolve queries.
• Ensure support tickets are resolved in time.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
• Give demos to prospective customers.
• Help prospective customers set up their accounts and train them to use the software.

General

• Keep track of customer feedback and suggest improvements to the software.
• Stay updated on new features and updates in the software.
