Urgently required Patient Care Executive (Ayu Mitra)
As a Patient Care Executive, you will be responsible for managing Coordination between doctors/patients and departments.  This will include understanding patient problem, Doctor’ advisement, guiding patient about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post treatment do’s/don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc.
Location: Hebbal,Bellandur, BTM - 2nd Stage ,Yeshwanthpur, Gandhi Nagar,Koramangala,Sheshadripuram,Indiranagar to marathahalli,JP nagar banashankari (32 Openings)
Graduation is mandatory
Salary up-CTC – 3.5 – 4 LPA

Working timings (9 HOURS Shift Between 8 am to 9.30pm)

•	Experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in healthcare industry ,counselling/officer, clinical or institutional setting

Candidate must be aware of surgery’s & medical department as few of I have mentioned as below (•	Proctology,•	General Surgery ,Urology ,•	Orthopedics,•	Gynaecology,•	Cardiology*
•	Provide personalised care to our patients 
 Coordination between doctors/patients and departments
 Supervision and coordination of billings
 New patient follows up &amp; maintaining and following up daily patients (new and old).
 Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports.
 Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow
 Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors
 Understand patient profile &amp; problem
 Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey 
 Act as a single point of contact for the patients 
 Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure
they understand our value proposition 
 Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services 
 Create or increase interest in our service offerings
