Position: Receptionist / Patient Care Manager  

Location: Amrita Homeopathy,koramangala, Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute positively to our organization while interacting with patients and providing excellent front desk support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.

- Provide information about services and assist with patient inquiries.

- Explain treatment charges and help patients to choose the right treatment plan

- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitals, clinics, hospitality, or aviation industries.

- Proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and English (both spoken and written).

- Strong business and people skills.

- Hardworking, sincere, and ready to go the extra mile to achieve goals.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in basic computer applications and office management tools.
