Job Description
- Inspects vehicles for obvious damage and missing major components.
- Follow manufacturer’s specifications in an efficient and productive manner
- Ensure PDI vehicle checks are completed to the highest standard
- Basic PDI checks on vehicle, lights, tyre pressure's mechanical and electrical
- Records discrepancies and signs or otherwise acknowledges an acceptance slip for each vehicle delivered. eplace
- Performs repairs and replaces defective items with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Ensures the warranty repairs are properly documented and charged.
- Installs optional equipment specified by the customer or dealer.
- Installs standard components.
- Washes and polishes exterior of vehicles.
- Keeps shop area neat and clean.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
