Job Description
Role Overview:
This role oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, record management, benefits administration, and offboarding processes. It involves analyzing data and generating reports related to performance, talent landscape, attrition, and leave management to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, it requires collaborating with stakeholders to gather relevant data for reports and presentations.
1. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from joining to offboarding.
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
2. Return to Office (RTO), Attrition, Performance and Leave Reports:
• Generate performance reports and prepare Talent Landscape
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for Data driven decision making as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data for RTO, Attrition, and Leave Reports.
3. Employee Engagement:
• Develop a comprehensive engagement calendar for each quarter, aligning with organizational goals and employee interests.
• Include a diverse range of activities such as team-building events and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure clear communication of the calendar to all employees through various channels such as slack and email. • Monitor participation levels and gather feedback from employees to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each activity in enhancing employee morale, satisfaction, and retention and take a metrics driven approach.
4. Performance Management:
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the performance appraisal process across all phases and sharing the Letters and payroll inputs.
• Quarterly Manager & Self-Reviews: Facilitating timely and structured self-assessments and manager assessments each quarter.
• 180-Degree Feedback Reviews: Coordinating bi-directional feedback processes through the Talview platform to ensure balanced performance insights.
• Ensuring adherence to timelines, maintaining data accuracy, and driving continuous improvement in the performance management framework.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping, report preparation, and benefits administration processes.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge on using Zoho People and Proficiency in Microsoft
• Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
