About Us:

We are a premium wedding photography brand focused on cinematic storytelling and emotional wedding films. We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who can generate qualified leads and bookings through Meta Ads.

• Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Generate high-quality wedding leads (DMs / WhatsApp / forms)
• Create and test ad creatives (reels, hooks, captions)
• Build and manage ad funnels (awareness → DM → conversion)
• Track performance:
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Conversion rate
• Retarget:
• Reel viewers
• Profile visitors
• Work closely with content team for high-performing creatives

1–3 years experience in Meta Ads

Proven experience in lead generation campaigns

Understanding of:

• Targeting (location, interest, behavior)
• Retargeting
• Funnel strategy

Bonus:

• Experience in wedding / photography niche
• Strong understanding of Instagram reels
