Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who understands how to build campaigns that convert. If you’ve run performance campaigns across Meta, Google, or YouTube for industries like real estate, education, eCommerce, or SaaS, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Plan, launch, and scale ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube

Strategize audience targeting, creatives, and funnels for diverse industries

Analyze data, optimize campaigns, and improve ROAS consistently

Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to drive conversions

Keep pace with platform updates and best practices

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on media buying experience

Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, and funnel analytics

Proven track record of scaling ad budgets profitably

Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads

Bonus: Knowledge of landing page optimization and retargeting strategies
