Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate loan options.
• Follow up with customers for loan applications, document collection, and verification.
• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, and collections) for smooth processing.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead details, and conversion records in CRM.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain quality standards.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of financial products (especially loans).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a team environment.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream.
