Personal Secretary

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, culturally savvy, and digitally fluent Personal Secretary to support a leading [Artist/Gallery]. This is not a typical desk job; you will be the right hand to the artist, should be ready to travel international and managing international exhibition tours, coordinating with global collectors, and spearheading our digital presence. You must be comfortable navigating the logistics of different time zones while maintaining a sophisticated brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Global Logistics & Travel: Manage complex international travel itineraries, visa applications, and accommodation. Coordinate the safe transport and logistics of artwork for exhibitions.

Art Marketing & PR: Develop and execute marketing strategies for upcoming exhibitions. Act as the primary point of contact for galleries, media, and private collectors.

Social Media Management: Create high-quality content (photography/video) for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Manage community engagement and grow the artist’s digital footprint.

Administrative Excellence: Manage calendars, screen communications, and handle high-priority correspondence with discretion.

On-Site Support: Assist during exhibitions and art fairs—ensuring the booth/gallery is curated perfectly and engaging with VIP guests.
