Job Description

Key Responsibilities:·        

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings·         

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups·         

Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director·         

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents·         

Take meeting minutes and track action items·         

Maintain confidential files and sensitive information·         

Act as a liaison between the Director and staff/clients·         

Assist in personal tasks such as bookings, bill payments, and event arrangements·         

Screen and prioritize incoming requests and communications·         

Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations 


Requirements:·         

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent often preferred)·         

3 - 5 experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant·         

Experience working with senior management or directors preferred·         

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities·         

Strong written and verbal communication skills·         

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ·         

High level of discretion and confidentiality·         

Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters·         

Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills (Optional):·         

Experience in handling high-level executive coordination·         

Strong follow-up and decision-making support skills·         

Knowledge of business operations and reporting·         

Good networking and interpersonal skills
