Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. You will be responsible for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs, nutritional advice, and ongoing motivation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and have a commitment to helping others lead healthier lives.

• Key Responsibilities :Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with new clients
• Design and implement personalized training plans based on client goals and abilities
• Provide safe, effective, and engaging workout sessions
• Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Ensure a clean and safe workout environment
• Stay current with industry trends and certifications
• Promote gym services, classes, and memberships when appropriate
• Maintain client records and scheduling
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification (required)
• Previous experience in personal training or fitness instruction preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Working Conditions :Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• May involve standing for extended periods and lifting weights or gym equipment
