Job Summary:

Cultfit / Gold’s Gym is looking for experienced, certified Personal Trainers who are passionate about fitness and member transformation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality personal training, driving PT revenue, and building long-term relationships with members to help them achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations
• Design and deliver customized personal training programmes.
• Train clients using safe, effective, and scientifically backed methods
• Track client progress and modify programs as required
• Educate members on exercise techniques, posture, and injury prevention
• Drive personal training package sales and renewals
• Maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper use of gym equipment
• Follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and service standards
• Actively participate in club activities, fitness events, and promotions

Eligibility & Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized fitness institute
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer preferred
• Strong knowledge of functional training, strength training, and mobility
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on PT revenue
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred Skills Ability to motivate clients and build long-term relationships
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle coaching
• Professional attitude and strong work ethics
• Ability to handle multiple clients effectively
