Job TitleBusiness Development Executive – Pest Control Services

Role OverviewThe Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business, expanding client base, and increasing revenue by promoting pest control services to residential, commercial, and institutional customers.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & SalesIdentify and approach new customers (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups.
  • Generate leads through societies, builders, offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, etc.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed service contracts.
  • 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest customized pest control solutions.
  • Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.
  • Ensure post-service satisfaction and repeat business.
  • 3. Service CoordinationCoordinate with operations/technical team for inspections and treatments.
  • Schedule site visits, demos, and service execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation (work orders, service reports).
  • 4. Marketing & PromotionPromote services such as:

  • General Pest Control
  • Termite Control (Pre & Post Construction)
  • Rodent Control
  • Mosquito Control
  • Bed Bug Treatment
  • Participate in local marketing activities, society meetings, and exhibitions.
  • Distribute pamphlets and explain service benefits.
  • 5. Reporting & TargetsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication & negotiation skills
  • Convincing and customer-friendly approach
  • Basic knowledge of pest control services (training provided)
  • Ability to work in field sales
  • Time management & follow-up skills
  • Preferred QualificationsAny graduate / diploma (sales & marketing preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in field sales / service industry
  • Experience in pest control, facility management, or real estate is an advantage
  • Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of new customers acquired
  • Revenue generated per month
